Grace Boatright, Owner and Lead Instructor at FFT, is an NRA-certified Instructor for pistol and rifle. She is also an NRA-certified Range Safety Officer and a registered Rifle Merit Badge Counselor for Boy Scouts of America.
In addition to her work as a firearms instructor, Grace is also a professional advocate for Second Amendment rights and sensible firearm public policy. Grace has over 20 years of firearms experience and over 10 years of experience working in Washington D.C.’s government affairs community. She is a contributor to FullMagNews.com and several other publications.

Matt Sharpe
FFT Instructor
Matt first came to work at the National Rifle Association 2008 as a curator for the Association's firearms collection and then directed his focus to education and training. Matt is an NRA certified Pistol, Rifle, Personal Protection in the Home and Concealed Carry Weapon instructor. a Contributing Editor for American Rifleman magazine, and an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University where he teaches Pistol and Rifle Marksmanship. Matt is also a registered through the Department of Criminal Justice Services as Personal Protection Specialist and worked as an armed protection agent before transitioning to a full time instructor.
