Finesse Firearms Training offers students of all ages the chance to obtain the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for owning, operating, and concealed carrying a firearm safely. Whether you’re new to the world of firearms or have been shooting for years, FFT can help you become a better shot and a more responsible gun owner. 

Grace Boatright, Owner and Lead Instructor at FFT, is an NRA-certified Instructor for pistol and rifle. She is also an NRA-certified Range Safety Officer and a registered Rifle Merit Badge Counselor for Boy Scouts of America.

In addition to her work as a firearms instructor, Grace is also a professional advocate for Second Amendment rights and sensible firearm public policy. Grace has over 20 years of firearms experience and over 10 years of experience working in Washington D.C.’s government affairs community. She is a contributor to FullMagNews.com and several other publications. 

Meet the FFT Team 

Matt Sharpe 

FFT Instructor

Matt first came to work at the National Rifle Association 2008 as a curator for the Association's firearms collection and then directed his focus to education and training. Matt is an NRA certified Pistol, Rifle, Personal Protection in the Home and Concealed Carry Weapon instructor. a Contributing Editor for American Rifleman magazine, and an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University where he teaches Pistol and Rifle Marksmanship. Matt is also a registered through the Department of Criminal Justice Services as Personal Protection Specialist and worked as an armed protection agent before transitioning to a full time instructor.


Ahadi Ture

FFT Instructor

Ahadi Ture is a certified NRA/USCCA firearm instructor in pistol, rifle, and shotgun. Also, he holds the title of Training Counselor for the USCCA. Ahadi Ture founded Armed & Trained LLC in 2019. "Everything we do, we believe in challenging the status quo, we believe in thinking differently, The way we challenge the status quo is by making our training beautifully designed, simple to practice, and people-friendly."
